This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for pandit bookings and puja essentials purchased on Book My Pandit.
1. Booking cancellations
You can request a cancellation from your booking confirmation or by contacting support. Eligibility depends on the timing and the pandit availability.
2. Refund eligibility
Refunds are typically processed when a cancellation is approved before the scheduled puja date, or when the service cannot be delivered due to operational issues.
3. Non-refundable cases
We may not offer refunds for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or services already delivered. Any applicable fees will be communicated during cancellation.
4. Store orders
For puja essentials, cancellation or return eligibility depends on the shipping status. Orders already shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
5. Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
