Book My Pandit provides a platform to discover and book pandits, schedule pujas, and purchase puja essentials. We do not perform pujas ourselves and are not responsible for the conduct of individual service providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Accounts and Verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Bookings and Payments

Booking availability, pricing, and confirmation are subject to pandit acceptance and platform verification. Payments must be completed using approved methods. We may cancel or refund bookings in cases of fraud, misuse, or operational issues.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary based on the service. Please review the cancellation policy before confirming a booking.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All platform content, branding, and design are owned by Book My Pandit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book My Pandit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services provided by third parties.
